Individuals who wish to serve in the Territorial Army either as regular members ( other ranks ) or officer must meet the following basic requirements :
• Malaysian .
• Aged between 18 and 40 years.
• Physically .
• Pass the school at least Primary 6 ( Other Ranks ) or Malaysian Certificate of Education passed at least Grade 2 ( Officer ) .
• Acceptance subject to security clearance decisions (no criminal cases ) .
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Defending the country is the responsibility of every citizen . If you are asked to take responsibility together, you just need to register on the teams close to bring the following documents :
• Copy of Identification Card .
• Copy of Certificate of Citizenship ( if any) .
• Copy of Birth Certificate .
• Copy of Certificate of Marriage and Child Birth (if married ) .
• 4 passport size color photographs .
• Copies of Academic Certificates / Graduation .
